For cancellation or amendment, please call or send a Whatsapp message to the customer service number. Alternatively, you can reply to the booking confirmation email. 

No cancellation charge up to 48 hours of check-in, except for a processing fee of 10%

50% refund for cancellation within 24 hours of check-in

No refund for cancellation within 12 hours of check-in.

In case of no show with no communication about cancellation, there will be no refund.

A guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till 11:00 pm.  After which it will be treated as no show booking.

If you are delayed because of unforeseeable and legitimate circumstances like vehicle breakdown, or flight delays, you will be able to check in.

Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days
